- Established a regulatory timeline for 35 countries and prioritized transition timelines
- Identified, qualified, and established 20 direct distributors in large markets and 5 Master Distributors to cover the remaining 15 smaller markets
- Negotiated agreements, established distributor management processes, on-boarded all distributors, and facilitated product and compliance training
