We surveyed 2000 indirect sales channel partners across a wide variety of verticals and partner types. We asked them what they valued most in a supplier.
The verticals included telecommunications, software, hardware, medical devices, instrumentation, automotive, electronics, and general manufacturing. Types of partners included VARs, VADs, systems integrators, classic distributors, wholesalers, manufacturer’s reps, and service-focused distributors.
